Elisa has a new blog! You can also find Elisa's music on itunes, amazon, and Tower Records. |
I write you from my small Brooklyn apartment which has begun to feel more like an airport baggage claim area when the turnstiles overflow and the attendants start piling the bags into luggage mountains. Over the last two days, all the available space in my apartment has filled up with mounds of suitcases, backpacks, duffel bags, and music equipment for my next eight weeks of travel and adventure. Tomorrow I will be getting on the road and driving toward my songwriting residencies in Minnesota and Wyoming. On the way, I'll be playing shows in Pittsburgh, Chicago, Iowa City, and Minneapolis. It would be great to see those of you in the midwest. Details on the performances below. Chicago fans, please note that reservations are recommended for Uncommon Ground. In honor of my departure, and at the request of a few of you listeners and readers out there, I have created a blog in which I'll be posting regular missives from the road. I call it "Lost is on the Way," which, incidentally, is also the title of a song I've been working on that may show up in my upcoming set lists. Gig details for the upcoming midwest tour are below. New summer performance dates are on my tour page. |
